About the role:
As a Customer Support Agent at Bits, you will be an integral part of our support team, providing exceptional service and assistance to our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing access to credit for those neglected by traditional lenders.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry updates
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Customer Support role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using Customer Support software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
