Customer Support Executive
Full Time/Permanent
Hybrid Working after training period
£24, 380 + Up to 10% annual bonus
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
You will be:

- You will have excellent IT Skills, as well as a familiarity with general customer service handling & CRM systems.
- You’ll have an outgoing and welcoming personality, able to adapt to differing customer groups at ease, taking pride in always providing a first-class customer experience
- Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in supporting business customers within the commercial world.
- You will be responsive to change, operating within a fast-paced Wholesale/Business telecoms environment.
- You will be a confident self-starter able to manage and organise your work autonomously.
- You’ll have a strong eye for detail, taking pride in tasks being completed both efficiently and effectively.
