The role will require the Customer Support Manager to oversee a close-knit team of x5 Customer Service Advisors and the team operations on a day-to-day basis.
This opportunity will involve shaping and molding the department and will suit a dynamic, tenacious proactive type of personality. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to perform outstanding customer service, leadership of the advisors in the team, and implement ways of enhancing the customer experience for the business.

What we're looking for:

• 3 years experience or more as a Customer Support Manager or Customer
• Customer Service Manager experience
• An interest in technology and financial services
• Intermediated client relationship buiding
• Leadership skills in motivating and developing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems and delivering solutions
