- 3 years experience or more as a Customer Support Manager or Customer
- Customer Service Manager experience
- An interest in technology and financial services
- Intermediated client relationship buiding
- Leadership skills in motivating and developing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems and delivering solutions
