Job Title: Customer Technical Support Representative

Location: Central Guildford

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum

Our client, who is rapidly growing and a leader in their market. Is looking for a new team member to join their vibrant Customer Support team, helping make everyone's lives easier. This opportunity is an integral part of their customer service and technical support team.

Responsibilities:

You will offer support to their customers over the phone and email, being the voice and keyboard of their business, whilst helping them to navigate their products and services.

You will need:

* Excellent communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English

* An unbeaten drive, passion, and pride in your work

* The willingness to go the extra mile to help our customers

* Confident day-to-day technical ability - are you the one that fixes the printer in your current role?!

Your new role will include:

* Helping our customers navigate their way around our websites and online dashboards.

* Ensuring every one of our customers is treated as a VIP.

* Making sure all customer contacts are responded to quickly and efficiently.

* Confidently explaining our products and services to customers of all technical abilities.

* Ensuring our customers always end up happy

Must have - Excellent Communication Skills, Passion and Drive and Technical Proficiency
