The Role
- Quickly learn the basics of the software
- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers when they get in touch
- Triage incoming customer requests, escalating when necessary
- Solve customer problems and assist them in using the software
- Rapidly learn the basics of the software, enabling you to resolve customer queries
Key Skills and Experience
You may be in your first graduate role looking for something more, or be graduating soon and looking to secure a role.
- Bachelor's degree
- Confident communication skills - customer facing experience is desirable
- Proficient problem-solving skills
- Capable of explaining complex issues and situations clearly
- Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Collaborative team player
