Customer Service Specialist/Product Support (French speaking)

9 - 5 Monday to Friday (some occasional weekend work - made up in lieu)

Hybrid working / Warwick.

Our client, a specialist manufacturer are looking for an exceptional French speakingCustomer ServiceSpecialist to join their Support team on a Hybrid working basis, two days in office (Warwick) and the remaining working from home. This position comes with fantastic benefits package along with a base salary of up to £30,000 such as bonus scheme, 25 day’s holidays + bank holidays, healthcare cash plan and much more!

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries via email or on social media platforms.
  • Prioritizing daily customer support queries and providing timely resolutions.
  • Handling technical inquiries from non-technical users with clarity and expertise.
  • Working towards achieving an excellent first-time resolution for customers.
  • Adapting to the growing needs of our EU business, with an initial focus on 50% French and 50% English queries.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent proficiency in English as well as either French (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend technical queries and provide effective solutions.
  • Prior experience in a French speakingCustomer Service role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a digital environment.
  • Proven track record of generating sales leads.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to engage customers, fostering positive reviews and feedback for business growth.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience working for an e-commerce brand.
  • Familiarity with email Customer Service for technical products/brands.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Comfortable engaging with customers via phone calls.
