Do you have previous experience in a customer-facing administrative role?
We have a great opportunity in Ramsgate for a Customer Support Assistant to work for one of our clients on a temp-perm basis to start as soon as possible.
Due to our client's location, you must be able to drive and have access to your own transport.
My client will consider full-time or part-time for the right candidate:
- Part-Time: Friday to Sunday you will get time and a half for Sundays and when you work the weekends you work from home on a laptop.
- Full-Time: Friday Tuesday - you will get the time and a half for Sundays and when you work the weekends you work from home on a laptop.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Reconciliation
- Dealing with returns and refunds
- Working as a team to ensure customers are happy
- Answering queries relating to orders and products including checking tracking on various channels
- Dealing with difficult issues and complaints in a professional, accommodating and helpful manner
- Other duties as deemed reasonable
Skills and Experience:
- Computer-literate
- Target-driven
- Ability to work under pressure in a lively environment, quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous
