EMCOR UK are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Support Assistant based at our Sevenoaks site.
This role is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (1hr lunch break)
This is an entry level role, with an amazing opportunity to carve out your career.
You will be part of a small team (3) assisting your colleagues with tasks as and when required.
Job purpose:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Resolve customer enquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive and constructive relationships with the customer.
- Consistent and accurate data inputting.
- Document and track customer feedback.
- Collaborate with administration team to support their work functions where needed.
- Collaborate with the project management team nationally to ensure the customer gets timely updates and to resolve any complex queries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Customer Inbox by ensuring emails are forwarded through the correct channels, filing as necessary to ensure an organised system.
- Issue customer purchase orders to the account.
- Build Quotes and Jobs in our Project Management Software, Simpro.
- Assist in Office Audit processes as requested.
Person Specification
- Good interpersonal skills - proficient communication skills, both written & verbal with demonstrated ability
- Experience within similar role would be an advantage
- Able to work as part of a larger team
- Ability to introduce new ideas and improve the efficiency of the entire group
- Conscientious
- Able to work under pressure and to defined deadlines
- Good IT skills
- Smart, presentable appearance
- Personable, flexible and approachable
