Description
- Liaising with stakeholders such as customer service, finance and third party providers.
- Guaranteeing export/import readiness and compliance on lanes
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of import/export transport documentation (packing lists/certificates/commercial invoices)
- Support with any customs related queries i.e. V&D, commodity codes, day-to-day contact for brokers to ensure readiness & escalation of any concerns for each flow of import & export.
- Managing weekly/monthly transport invoice checks.
- Supporting tender review and cost saving exercises.
- Supporting creation and update of SOPs/operational manual detailing customs requirements.
- Supporting management in auditing accuracy of customs declarations ensuring correct details are provided to authorities.

- Strong knowledge of customs regulations
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Excel proficiency
- Logistics/Supply Chain background
- FMCG experience
