THE ROLE
The multidisciplinary Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice assists clients in navigating the rapidly evolving cybersecurity, privacy and technology landscapes.
The team serves as a global one-stop shop for its clients' cybersecurity, incident response, data protection, privacy and related AI challenges.
They advise on high-stakes Cybersecurity and privacy matters on behalf of Fortune 500 and other companies, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, spanning a multitude of industries, such as aerospace and defence, energy, finance, health care, telecommunications and transportation.
THE CANDIDATE
With 1-4pqe in the UK (or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction), although those with less or more relevant experience will be considered on their merits, the ideal candidate will have experience assisting with: (i) cybersecurity preparedness and Data breach response, (ii) compliance with Cybersecurity and Data Privacy law in the UK; and/or regulatory investigations relating to Cybersecurity and Data Privacy issues.
However, candidates able to show a genuine interest in, and both technical and legal experience advising on, technology and technology risks may also be considered.
High levels of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.
A strong interest in the field of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy is desired.
