We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes customer service and wants to do all they can to help us resolve and monitor Damp & Mould Cases and deliver customer-focused repairs.
As a Damp & Mould Case Manager, you’ll use online systems to action tasks, track progress, maintain accurate data, and identify inconsistencies. Whether you’re working with surveyors or arranging access into customers’ homes, your ability to communicate with people across the business will help us proactively manage and resolve complex Damp & Mould Cases and keep our homes in top condition.
