A Danish speaking Team Leader (Customer Service) is currently sought for a big international company, based in Central London (Waterloo). They are looking for a Team Leader who speaks Danish fluently and is happy to learn about the gambling sector. The role is fully remote, based in the UK. The salary range is £30,000-£32,000.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare the shift rotation for the team
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
- Set clear team goals and KPIs, make sure all goals are reached.
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment
- Send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management with detailed information about the team's progress.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a supportive individual with excellent communication skills in both Danish and English. You will be leading a team of 5, you can be fully remote within the UK, working from 9am to 5pm. Profile:
- Required to be fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Must have team handling skills within Customer service environment.
- Ideally experience in iGaming/ Online Casino/ Online Gambling industry
- Good communication and listening skills
- Support the team when needed
