Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to be working on behalf of our client in Chesterfield, to recruit an experienced Data Administrator. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with engineers, we want to hear from you!
Duties of the Data Administrator:
- Accurate data input, logging information to internal systems
- Ordering in the correct parts for each job
- Assist with raising purchase orders
- Logging and carrying out stock takes
- Liaise with engineers reference job status and updates
- Make travel arrangements and hotel bookings
The ideal Data Administrator will have the following:
- Detail orientated
- Have a history of data entry and accuracy
- Have a working knowledge of MS office packages
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers and engineers
- Highly organised
