Main Duties
Reporting to the General Manager, and working closely with the rest of the Stanley Arts team, the Data Administrator is a key role at Stanley Arts, responsible for:
Gathering and processing both quantitative and qualitative data about the activities of Stanley Arts across the full range of our cultural programme and customer experiences.
With guidance from project producers, the Data Administrator will ensure the practical delivery of our evaluation framework and collect and process all the data needed for reporting to funders.
The Data Administrator will also work with the marketing team to gather data about our audiences and building users for marketing purposes.
You will be an experienced administrator with an eye for detail and an ability to work efficiently across multiple tasks to strict deadlines. You do not need to have specific experience of gathering data for reporting to arts funders but a general interest in arts and culture would be of benefit to the role.

Experience of written reporting.
Experience of using spreadsheets and formulae.
Experience using cloud-based / shared document systems; i.e. Google Drive.

Good interpersonal skills.
Desirable Attributes
Experience of organisational evaluation and benchmarking.
Experience of in-person data collection with audiences / users/ members of the public etc.
Experience generating visually engaging infographics for illustrating data.
Experience with Culture Counts, Audience Agency or other digital evaluation tools.
Knowledge of ACE’s Let’s Create four Investment Principles & Theatre Green Book.
Interest in the arts and culture.
