About the role
Bring your data administration skills to Insight and you will be a key factor in helping us to deliver high quality services for young people living in Westminster & Kensington & Chelsea. We need an enthusiastic part-time Data Administrator to join our team of professional staff. You will be working with our Team Leader to maintain and manage our databases and collate service reports/statistical analysis that contributes towards our performance reports. Ideally, we are looking for someone who understands data handling and has had experience of data entry on computer systems or you have an interest and would be able to learn our system.
Insight provides targeted Health & Wellbeing interventions to young people and their families up to the age of 25 in Westminster & Kensington & Chelsea. We are a holistic outward facing service, supporting young people by focusing on a variety of issues. We work alongside a young people assisting with education & training, housing, drugs/ alcohol, health & wellbeing & smoking cessation to help them move forward with their life in a positive way.

Key duties
- Support with the running of the reception
- Data entry
- Produce reports as requested
- Maintaining an adequate stock of office supplies
- Manage building administration
- Generate purchase order numbers
