Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.
You will have the opportunity to efficiently plan and manage employee schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and compliance with organisational requirements.
As well as assist in the implementation and improvement of administrative processes.
Salary: £15,000 per annum.
Duties:
Principle Accountabilities:
- Proven experience in scheduling, administration, and data management
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms and training coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data processing tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
What we are looking for:
Essential:
Skills & personal qualities:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel
- Strong Numeracy and Literacy skills
- Communication skills
- Personable telephone manner and customer service skills when dealing with clients calls
- Commitment to task completion
- Can-do attitude
Desired skills and qualities / knowledge & experience:
- Previous data analysis experience
- Previous schedule coordination experience
- General office and administration duties
- Familiarity with working from maps and plans
Being a driver / able to drive would be beneficial, but is not essential to apply.
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
