Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess opportunities for enhancing conversion rates and productivity within the organization.
• Spearheaded the development of sophisticated analytics solutions to extract actionable insights from data.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate advanced analytics into business processes and applications.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, utilizing actionable insights to inform business decisions and offering guidance on potential avenues for business growth.
• Led the creation of insightful and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards, presenting intricate data in a clear and actionable format for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders seeking to understand and contextualize reporting within the framework of business processes and prevailing market conditions.
• Establish metrics for assessing the performance and impact of analytics solutions, providing data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Proactively identify opportunities and insights aimed at revenue generation or cost reduction across various business units, including sales, finance, and HR.

Expectations & Requirements:

• Demonstrate a proven track record of at least 5 years in roles involving data analytics, business intelligence, and data management.
• Preferably, possess prior experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Azure/Synapse.
• Showcase expertise in data analysis and the ability to extract valuable insights from data, demonstrating initiative in delving deep into datasets and effectively presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Display ease in articulating complex ideas to executive-level stakeholders.
• Exhibit high efficiency and a keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Possess robust project management skills, with a history of successfully working with and cultivating high-performing analytics teams.
• Have a strong command of SQL Server Management Studio and proficiency across Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Demonstrate expertise in SQL and, preferably, in Python programming.
• Showcase proficiency in designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards, effectively communicating complex data to various stakeholders.
