Salary £30,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, early finish on Friday and other benefits.

I am working on behalf of a highly successful business who have been in operation for over 100 years! Well known across the globe for supporting multiple markets with their projects, whilst playing a significant part in supporting their local community and economy.

Now recruiting for a Data Analyst who will report to the Systems Accountant within the Finance department.

Role Responsibilities Include:

• The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in datasets.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and provide actionable insights.
• Interpret and communicate findings to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with external data engineers to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new analytical tools.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or analytics role.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, or Python/R.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of Financial Systems desirable.
