- Devise and implement plans to prioritise workflow of data, information or map requests as required.
- Provide pro-active and insightful analysis of customer data and to assist the B2B Manager in creating intelligent marketing campaigns.
- Review campaign performance focussed on achievement of positive ROI and give recommendations based on findings.
- Scope and implement new ways of working based on internal / external trends or applications with the aim to continual improvement.
- To have technical skills in the form of SQL, VBA, R, GIS and Power BI as a desirable which will allow you to mine data from multiple platforms and transform the data into something meaningful to the audience as required.
- Manage multiple databases and data both in terms of development and upkeep for data protection and ICO best practice.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of workflow and areas of responsibility.
- Manage and deliver varying projects as required by Data Manager.
- Assist the Data Manager in the development of Red Cross Training business plans in relation to data and management of specific sets.
- Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio
- Reporting tools: Crystal, MS SQL or Reporting Services
- Data protection experience
- Excellent analytical skill; SQL programming, VBA, R (R Studio), Mapping data tools (GIS)
- Experience of using a variety of CRM, databases and in-house systems
- Experience of working in a commercially focussed environment
- Identifying anomalies and finding solutions
- Interacting with clients and stakeholders
