Data Manager

Position Overview: As a Data Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of our data assets to support informed decision-making and enhance educational outcomes. Working closely with faculty and staff, you will manage data acquisition, storage, and analysis processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure the integrity and security of our data assets.
• Oversee data acquisition processes, including data collection, storage, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify data needs and requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Conduct data analysis to extract insights and inform decision-making across the school.
• Establish and enforce data governance best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead efforts to clean, organize, and maintain data quality to support accurate reporting and analysis.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in data management or a related role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and staff.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with educational data systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor) is a plus.
