Data Modeller – Up to GBP700 per day outside IR35 – Initial 6 month contract – London based with 1–2 days a week in the office ideally – Please note you must have some experience within the insurance sector A leading, global insurance company is looking for an experienced Data Modeller to join their growing data function with a focus on delivering modernisation and transformation projects Duties will include: – Gathering of data modelling requirements from stakeholders. – Analysing and translating business needs into solutions and models – Ensuring users engage with data model and adhere to Data Management Framework policies – Evaluating existing data systems and working with team to create conceptual data models and flows – Developing best practice for data coding – Reviewing modifications of systems for cross–compatibility To be considered suitable you must have the following skills/experience: – Strong data modelling background – Experience within the insurance sector – A good understanding of business analysis and how BA / data modelling work together – Understanding of data governance and data catalogs
