The Regional LIVE Operation Strategy Team leads various cross-functional projects. Our key initiatives include developing strategic plans to drive widespread adoption of LIVE at scale among creators, localizing new product features, creating user engagement strategies, ensuring a positive creator experience through education on the Community Guidelines and best practices, and providing ad hoc analysis and support to cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analysis and operational strategies to analyze and optimize the operations of various roles, including agency, creator, and user-generated content (UGC) across different countries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from data and analysis to identify the business problem and implement key actions for driving business optimization and growth.
- Design and maintain daily or special data analysis for monitoring and reporting of operational metrics.
- Conduct in-depth market research to track business trends and competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in data analysis and strategic analysis, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Operations and analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL and any programming languages (Python is highly preferred);Proficiency in statistics and experience using data visualization software such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
- Prior experience in the content or internet industry, with a deep understanding of the dynamics and challenges in the online broadcasting sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
