The role has significant interaction with Marketing, Revenue Operations, GTM Key Account Management and Customer Success. Analysts work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and interface directly with internal stakeholders to define requirements, draft specifications and implement reporting solutions.

- Develop and implement best practices to measure sales and marketing effectiveness
- Consolidating reports across marketing campaigns and sharing key learning's
- Demonstrating the ability to interpret, synthesize and organize data, in order to succinctly communicate findings and recommendations in both written and verbal forms
- Analyse marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes
- Understand CRM, marketing automation systems, social dashboards, and other marketing systems
- Identifying opportunities to automate any/all analysis and identifying processes for efficiencies
- Provide additional support to team members as needed this may include some administrative support within Zoho and HubSpot
Person Specification
Required skills/qualifications:
- Previous prior relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience, understand business needs, and translate them into analytical requirements
- Highly organized, self-motivated and can make recommendations and good decisions
- Innovative thinker with attention to detail – not afraid to experiment
- Strong statistical and analytical skills
- Superior knowledge of MS Access, SQL, SOQL and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities on multiple projects with tight deadlines while still achieving exceptional results
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and conduct meetings
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or Statistics or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Administrative experience
- Experience with Google Analytics

- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30pm
- 3-month probationary period
