  • Evaluate and test new data integrations and tools to enhance marketing performance.
  • Provide recommendations based on testing outcomes to optimise outcomes.

Collaboration and communication

  • Collaborate with the business, particularly in marketing where you will focus on improving how we leverage data and implement their personalised campaigns across all channels.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to assess the compatibility and leverage of new integrations and to gather requirements.

  • Be able to write up business requirements to highlight data needs, use and value.
  • Work with technology and data teams to find and implement solutions as part of a broader team.
  • Demonstrate excellent numeracy and be a natural critical thinker.
  • Can assess complex project requirements and work in consultation with stakeholders to find effective solutions.
  • Have working knowledge of personalised marketing processes (e.g. in Adobe) including an excellent working knowledge of the typical data sources and processes required in the build and execution of marketing campaigns.
