Peaple Talent have partnered with one of the UK's most recognisable Fintech companies, who specialise in personal loans and credit. Afternoon a very successful 2023, my client are now looking to onboard a selection of Data Scientists to add to the ever expanding team.

The Role:

You will be primarily responsible for the creation and deployment of best in class segmented credit models that are appropriate for unsecured consumer lending products.

You will be tasked with the following:

• Work closely with the wider Analytics team to drive improvement to the overall value of the portfolio by adapting data sources, modelling strategies, cut-offs and application processes
• Produce high-quality model documentation and recommendations for presentation to senior technical or non-technical audiences

Experience needed:

• Proficient in SQL & Python
• Prior experience of modelling, data science, or decision science in the context of risk management
• Commercial experience building Machine Learning Models
• Experience within Credit/Risk Analytics
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Self motivated & strong organisation skills

💰£50,000-£70,000

📍Remote working structure, x1 day a week onsite
