About the role:
As part of our ongoing transformation in our units to simplify our systems and processes making it even easier for our customers to buy from us, we are migrating to a new till point system.
This system will also integrate with our inventory management and reordering solutions, streamlining how we operate in units.
As part of the Data team based at our offices in Camden, you will play a pivotal role in making sure that all information required for recipes, promotions, till set up and pricing activity are provided during cross check with NPD for costing, Marketing for Menu, Chefs for specs, Ops to advise on how to improve administrative effort, and speed of service for the till set up.
Main duties:
- Manage weekly updates and continuous upkeep of SSP Allergen Tables, ensuring correct data is present, customer facing names are present and in line with menus and ensuring compliance with all H&S guidelines.
- Ownership and liaison of third-party relations (Nutritics, Tenkites, etc), Commercial Team, NPD Team, and H&S Team on behalf of BOH and Data Team.
- Data cleansing and managing Master Data attributes in preparation for the project and data migration from the current systems to SAP S/4.
- Monitor and evaluate the design, selection, implementation, and support of data changes using associated business requirements and design documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Group IT, Commercial, Supply Chain, Purchasing and H&S and influence those resources as required to deliver projects effectively.
- Ensure VAT is applied correctly to all sold items and recipes and weekly checks to ensure data is correct.
