We are looking for a Database Officer for an inspiring social welfare charity to assist the Data & Appeals Manager in the daily management of the supporter and contact database.
This is a Hybrid role with one day a week in the office.

The Role
Assist in the maintenance and management of Raisers Edge database and conduct regular audits on its contents.
Provide training and advice to employees on correct database access and usage.
Working with our Finance Team, reconcile and process donations from various sources
Run routine processes according to a set schedule, such as direct debit claims and gift aid claims, including maintenance of valid gift aid declaration certificates and direct debit mandates
The Candidate
Excellent skills in using CRM (preferably Raisers Edge and Microsoft office (Excel and Word).
Previous experience in running targeted data selections, including exporting of relevant data for direct mail appeals and reports.
Experience of cleaning and interrogating data.
Proficient in data entry processes and understand best practices.
