Day Shift Manager

We are looking for a Shift Manager on days that will be based at our Harlow Distribution Centre in Essex and include managing a team.

Week 1 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday 0700 – 1900hrs

Week 2 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 0700-19.00hrs

Works on a two-week rotation.

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse shift, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, promoting the well-being of our colleagues.

• Implement strategies to optimise inventory management and cost control, protecting the company's financial success.

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
