The DBS/Disclosure is a performance driven environment, and it is the Supervisors’ responsibility to ensure that the Disclosure Risk Assessors perform to the required level to meet the DBS Service Level Agreement.  The ability to investigate and resolve disputes is required, as is the ability to quality assure the work of others.  Good verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail, are essential, together with a detailed understanding of confidentiality and an awareness of Data Protection and the Human Rights Act.
