SalaryDynamite recruitment is working with a specialist business who are based in Portsmouth. Due to exciting plans for 2024, we are looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Officer to join their business.
As a Debt Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Receive and make outbound calls.
- Respond professionally via email.
- Support with the training of new staff members.
- Input payments onto the system.
- Chase outstanding payments.
- Investigate cases and send out relevant correspondence.
- Explain payment plan options to customers, ensuring they are well informed.
- Maintain logs of reoccurring debt.
- Investigate false claims.
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of using all Microsoft packages including Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Outstanding attention to detail and show initiative.
- The ability to work to processes and deadlines.
- Previous experience within an Admin position.
