We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to oversee the Performance and Information function within our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing data, providing insights, and ensuring the efficient delivery of Performance and Information services within the Northern Cancer Alliance. You will work closely with programme managers and project leads within the Alliance to support data driven decision-making. Key stake holders include: alliance programme managers and project leads, Alliance Clinical Directors and Leads, provider Cancer Managers, NENC ICB commissioners and performance team, NHS England National cancer team, CADEAS, and our Patient involvement and Accountability forum.

As Delivery Manager for the NCA, the post holder will support the continued development of the Alliance and deliver an agreed work plan. The primary function of this role will be to deliver the communication and engagement strategy for the NCA. This strategy supports the delivery of the priorities within the NCA workplan and on developing opportunities for partnership working with Primary Care Networks and reducing inequalities. Effective involvement of the public will be key in developing interventions and approaches.

Salary Progression
Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 8a with a full-time starting salary of £50,952, with a pay step increase after 5 years’ service.
For posts based in Inner London, the above salaries will include the additional supplement of 20% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £5,132 per annum and a maximum payment of £7,746 per annum.
This is offered in accordance with NHS Terms and Conditions and is based on office location.
