We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, managing appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental software
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Confirm appointments with patients via phone
- Manage patient records, including updating personal information and medical history
- Collect payments from patients and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using dental software for scheduling and record management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Pay: £9.00-£11.50 per hour
