Location: Walsall
Salary: £40,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Benefits: Hybrid working (1 day from home), Private Healthcare, 21 days holiday - increasing to 26 with length of service, free onsite parking
Do you have a passion for Finance and working for a non profit organisation? Are you an experienced leader, ready to take on a rewarding role? Our client, a charity, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Deputy Head of Finance and Administration to join their team.
As the Deputy Head of Finance and Administration you will report directly to the Head of Finance, taking over this role within 12 months and lead a small longstanding finance team responsible for providing financial and Administration services across the organisation.
As the Deputy Head of Finance and Administration your responsibilities would be to:
- Managing a small finance/admin team.
- Offer a hands on leadership approach.
- Be responsible for all aspects of financial accounting.
- Manage Monthly Finance Reports.
- Attend quarterly Trustee meetings, providing reports and support to the CEO.
- Be responsible for Governance reporting and returns.
You'll be the perfect match for this position if you have:
- Leadership experience.
- Experience in Finance and governance within the Charity Sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be qualified to AAT standard or other appropriate qualification.
