We are seeking a Deputy Inclusion Manager to be part of a dedicated pastoral team at Co-op Academy Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual with experience of working in an education environment and supporting behaviour management of young people.
You will play an active role, alongside other staff and leaders, in ensuring consistently high standards of behaviour, attendance, wellbeing and safety are maintained across the school. Forging excellent relationships, you will ensure that all students feel safe, cared for and valued and therefore able to succeed in their education and overcome any barriers to learning.
As well as having relevant experience, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will have strong organisational skills, be flexible, self-motivated, resilient and able to work constructively as part of a team.
