Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Care Home provider as an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Deputy Manager for their nursing home in the London/Surbiton area. As the Deputy Manager you will support the delivery of the high-quality care that this provider is known for.    
    
Working closely with the Home Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with the general management of the home. You will inspire a team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life which means leading by example and monitoring care standards.   
  
The provider prides themselves in providing outstanding care and are leading experts on dementia, elderly, and residential care. They also have quality assured procedures to make sure their services are regularly assessed.  
   
The Candidate     
As the Deputy Manager, you will need to be nurse qualified (RGN/RMN) and experience working with elderly residents is desirable. Finally, you will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.      
       
Requirements      
RGN/RMN - valid pin (Essential)     
Nursing home experience (Essential)  
Experience as a Unit/Deputy manager or Clinical lead (Essential) 
A genuine passion for elderly/dementia care     
Good communication skills 
Active and clean pin 
Passionate 
       
Location     
This role is based in the Surbiton area and is easily commutable from Kingston upon Thames, New Malden, Surrey, Hounslow, Feltham, Weybridge, Mitcham, Woking, Guildford, Camberley, Berkshire, Slough, Bromley, Croydon, Brentford, Crawley and Kensington. 
  
Summary                    
My client is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager, ideally with experience within a nursing home environment. The successful candidate must be able to lead and inspire a team to provide high-quality care. In exchange, my client is offering a salary up to £55,000.
