We are on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Deputy Manager to join a brilliant business in their site in High Wycombe!
This is for a fun and fast-paced business known for their excellent culture, guest experience and their amazing atmosphere! As a Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the daily operations of the site in leading the strong team, driving sales and delivering excellent guest experience.

Deputy Manager - Responsibilities + Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality, leisure or retail is required
* You will be self driven and continually looking to improve business performance
* Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the site
