Form of workWe are recruiting for a Deputy Outpatient Manager to join a National Private Hospital Group in their Hospital in Oxford. The Hospital cover a broad range of surgical specialties including Paediatrics, Oncology, Interventional Cardiology & Radiology, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Gynaecology, Urology, Ophthalmology, Women & Men's health.
Deputy Outpatient Manager Duties:
- Support the Manager in the efficient running of the unit
- Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
- Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care
- Work well with consultants who are experts in their field
- your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery
- Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety
Ideal Candidate:
- Registered Nurse/NMC Pin (no restrictions on practice)
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Experience in care of patients pre and post operatively
- Cardiac, Colorectal, Orthopaedic, ENT, Gynae and Urology experience.
- Previous Senior Outpatient Nurse experience.
