We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Team Manager to join our Early Help Triage and Family Information Service team on fixed term contract until March 2025.

About the team
The team is part of Gloucestershire County Council’s Early Help and Targeted Support service. Early Help triage sits within the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub. Early Help Triage receive referrals from families, professionals and community services to explore support for families through Early Help.
The position will involve communicating with various agencies and family members, gathering information to support requests for the service by ensuring the most appropriate response is provided, and enabling families to thrive.
About you
There are some things we require of you to be successfully appointed to this post:
- academic qualifications to degree level or equivalent professional qualification relevant to the field of Children, Young people and Families
- minimum of 5 complete year's relevant experience working in/across Children's Social Care abd Early Help delivering direct interventions to children and families
- competent IT skills
- a full driving licence and willingness to drive
- DBS clearance
- highly motivated and committed to ensuring timescales are met to ensure the quality of the service
- be able to work independently, with skills working within timescales with conflicting priorities
