Deputy Team Manager
Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Deputy Team Manager in Greenwich.
As Deputy Team Manager you will work alongside the Team Manager to ensure that the delivery of Adult Social Care Services are strengths based and valued by the people who receive them.
Main Responsibilities
As Deputy Team Manager you will be responsible for:
- The day to day Operational Management, supervision and workflow of the team and to deputise for the Team Manager
- Ensuring that staff members and the Team meets and delivers its statutory responsibilities under the Care Act and locally agreed obligations to Adults and Older People with presenting Health and Social care needs.
- Ensuring the Teams work is informed by legislation, statutory and local guidance and current best practice and that the council's statutory obligations are met under the appropriate legislation.
- Contributing to the Royal Greenwich HAS Vision and Principles by achieving consistent practice and decisions in order to achieve better health and social care outcomes for residents and promoting independence through enablement.
Requirements:
- The continued basis for registration as a Social Worker (or other comparable regulated professional role), with the relevant regulatory body.
- Enhanced DBS
- Experience of supervising professionally qualified staff.
