This company are leaders in their niche, manufacturing bespoke products for high end domestic and commercial clients. Due to rapid growth they are looking to supplement their motivated team with a skilled Design Engineer.
In this role you will be involved in the design and manufacture of products from concept to design. This will involve liaising remotely with clients to gain an understanding of their requirements, and completing 3D designs that are ready for manufacture.
The role would suit someone with experience in a high end design role, such as Product Design, CAD Design, Mechanical Design or similar. No industry experience is required as training on their bespoke products will be provided.
The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
*Taking bespoke products from concept to design
*Turning 2D sketches into 3D designs for manufacture
*Liaising with clients to gain specifications on requirements
The Person:
*Experience with high end design - product design, engineering, mechanical or other design is acceptable
*An understanding of design for manufacturing
