I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Programme Lead to join their Design team
Job Description
As Programme Lead your main responsibilities are:
- Driving the delivery of the Design Vision, from concept to production, with efficiency & clarity
- Cross- functional collaboration, across multiple brands
- Lead the delivery of programmes, ensuring all activities are in line and delivered on time
- Agile Ways of Working, constantly striving to improve the performance of the team
Qualifications / Skills required
- Project Management experience
- Timing, Risk & issue resolution
- Cost and resource systems
- Agile & JIRA
- Scrum Master
