Development Assistant
Location: Oxford, OX1
Salary: £23,608 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week including occasional evenings and weekends
Please note this post is office based.

The Role
The Development Assistant plays an important role within a small team and as part of a high performing organisation. The role is suited to an individual with an interest in fundraising.

The post holder will support a broad portfolio of activity from daily record keeping duties to supporter engagement. They will be motivated, able to show initiative and work independently as well as liaise with colleagues from across departments to achieve common goals within tight timeframes. This will require clear communication, the ability to prioritise tasks, an adaptive and resourceful disposition.

The Development Assistant is line-managed by the Senior Development Manager with fortnightly team check-ins.
