SalaryNew Homes Sales Executive required for a regional family owned North East house builder. The role is offered on a full-time basis. Thursday - Monday. This is based in the County Durham area.
The Role
This sales role involves dealing with visitors and prospective customers efficiently, with the principle aim of converting them into buyers. Managing a new build development from reservation through to completion, with effective negotiation to achieve realistic sales targets while delivering first class customer service throughout the whole process.
The Person
Applicants would preferably have previous experience working within the new build industry or housing industry and working to targets, however this is not essential. The successful candidate will be friendly and approachable as well as hard working and highly self-motivated, they will have excellent sales and communication skills and they need to be a professional individual who has a proactive and driven approach.
The basic salary offered is flexible and dependent upon experience. With an OTE of approx. £45,000 per annum.
Remuneration
£25,000 per annum.
