AddressDevelopment Team Lead (Electronics Engineering)
An excellent opportunity to join this employee-owned electronic instrumentation manufacturer as a Development Team Lead. You will be leading a collaborative and cross-functional team of Electronics, Software (Firmware and Embedded Software Development C/C++)& Hardware Engineers and will liaise with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Control and Process Engineering departments. You will stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will come from an electronics product development background with proficiency in electronics design and will have a track record of leading teams to successful product launches. You will provide technical leadership to Hardware and Electronic Engineers in product design to ensure innovation and product reliability. A team mentor and facilitator who can maintain a collaborative and productive environment, you will have a strategic mindset as to be able to communicate across teams methodically. Any experience in developing real time measuring devices would be a distinct advantage.
£55k to £60k per annum + excellent benefits (including profit share & relocation package)
