You will be expected to lead the day-to-day engineering operations remaining hands-on, with a proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and delivering high-quality software solutions. As the C# Application Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and delivery of C# and .NET applications, leveraging your expertise in enterprise technologies and AWS infrastructure. The C# Application Development Team Lead will:
- Design, develop, and maintain C# and .NET applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Oversee the deployment and operation of applications on AWS infrastructure, optimising performance and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team capabilities, productivity, and efficiency.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations on technology stack, architecture, and tooling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development, with hands-on experience in designing and building enterprise-scale applications.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
