What will you be doing?
- Develop, evolve, and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, establishing a strong connection so as to support and provide trusted digital strategy
- Work closely and collaboratively with all business areas and teams, to ensure excellent service to all clients
- Act as digital evangelist, building engaging and commercially astute digital plans for existing clients
- Cross/up-self digital solutions, as well as support new business pitches where necessary
- Lead across all paid media (PPC and paid social) organic marketing (SEO, social media), CRM and email plans
- Ideally you will have at least 8 years’ experience within the agency environment, specialising on B2B clients
- Previous experience executing campaigns, as well as solid strategy and planning experience
- Excellent client services experience, with proven ability to build and maintain successful relationships
- Superb understanding of the B2B landscape (ideally within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, professional, or legal services)
