The Client:

Our client is a well-established and innovative media planning and buying agency, providing strategic digital and marketing solutions for financial services and B2B sectors.

The Role:

As a Digital Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, strategies, execute and optimise campaigns, manage budgets, handle reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

-Foster collaborative relationships with clients in financial services and B2B sectors.
-Define digital marketing objectives in collaboration with clients.
-Create and implement effective digital marketing plans aligned with client goals.
-Oversee digital campaign execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
-Monitor and optimise campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Provide clients with regular budget updates and recommend adjustments as needed.
-Generate insightful performance reports, presenting key metrics and actionable insights.
-Conduct post-campaign analysis, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
-Keep abreast of industry trends and digital marketing innovations.
-Share insights with clients to position them as leaders in their fields.

Requirements:

-Previously worked as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
-Experience in Digital Account management.
-Understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies.
-Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
-Skilled in utilising Googles CM360 or equivalent, as well as any DSPs or platforms for managing social media campaigns. (Desirable)
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
-Analytical mindset with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
