I'm looking for a Digital/Data Analyst to join a hyper-friendly, award-winning, Bristol-based digital agency that works with some of the biggest brands and organisations across the country.
This is a highly autonomous role that offers you the chance to truly impact the analytics department within the business. As such, you'll need to be technically brilliant but also able to view things from a strategic standpoint to drive things forward.
Ideally, you'll come from an agency background and be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once. You'll need to be able to operate at pace and work without the need for strict processes and structure. Due to the stakeholder engagement and client-facing nature of the role, having conviction in your beliefs will also be hugely important.
If you're someone who is at their best when you have the freedom to be creative and think outside of the box then you're going to love this role.
The company is based in Bristol but does operate a flexible hybrid working model so as long as you're able to get to the office weekly, most locations would be considered.
One very important thing to note is that you will be required to either hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance. As such you'll need to have lived in the UK for 5 years continuously, but you don't need to be a British citizen.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of digital metrics and analytical tools
- Wonderful communicator and an ability to present complex data to non-data folk
- Technically strong with Google Analytics (GA4 + Universal Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc)
- Ability to genuinely consultant and guide clients
- Experience developing dashboards and presenting insights
- Previous experience working with Product, UX and Delivery teams
