Robert Half are Recruiting for a Digital analyst with knowledge in Google Analytics. Our client, a leading digital company, is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Digital Analyst. As a Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing digital performance, providing insights, and driving actionable recommendations for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Analyst.
- Extensive expertise in Google Analytics (GA4 + Universal Analytics) is a must.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, including setup and debugging of tracking for GA and 3rd party tools.
- Experience in creating and implementing measurement plans, collaborating with developers, and documenting implementation processes.
- Ability to deliver analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical clients.
- Strong report writing skills using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Familiarity with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and GDPR compliance.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working for an agency or managing multiple clients concurrently.
- Proficiency in tools such as Supermetrics, Google Optimize, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, PowerQuery, Google BigQuery, Adobe Analytics, SiteCore, and Umbraco.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript.
- Understanding of organizational data and analytics strategies.
- Interest in emerging technologies within the analytics space.
- Experience training non-technical users on platforms like Google Analytics.
- Experience with mobile app measurement and server-side tracking implementation.
